This policy is for tinyfishing.app. It covers the Tiny Fishing game, the fishing list, a smaller casual collection, comments, optional cookies, and emails sent to hello@tinyfishing.app.
tinyfishing.app is run independently. We are not Mad Buffer. We are not the publisher of Tiny Fishing. “We” means the people who operate this domain.
tinyfishing.app does not create user accounts and does not store play data or personal profiles on our servers. By using the site, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please leave the site. A parent or guardian who lets someone under 13 use tinyfishing.app accepts this policy for that person.
1. You can play without an account
tinyfishing.app does not ask for a name, email, or phone number to play. Game progress is stored by the game in this browser (HTML5 cookies). That save stays on your device. Clearing cookies for this site clears your save.
If you open a link that leaves tinyfishing.app, that other site’s privacy rules apply to anything you type there.
2. We do not store user data on our servers
Our site servers do not keep a user database, a login, or a copy of your game save. We cannot look up your progress, and we cannot delete a save for you, because it never leaves your browser.
When you visit a page, your browser makes a standard request. We do not use that to build a personal profile or an account on tinyfishing.app.
3. Email
If you write to hello@tinyfishing.app, we receive it in that inbox so we can reply. It is not a site account, and we do not copy it into a user database on our servers.
4. Comments
If you leave a comment, the name and message you type are shown on the page as a public post. Do not put an email address, phone number, or other private details in a comment. Comments are not a user account. If you want a comment removed, write to hello@tinyfishing.app and include the page URL.
5. Ads, analytics, and the cookie banner
Optional Google Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them in the cookie settings in the footer. Reject keeps those cookies off. You can change your choice later with the same control.
If you accept, Google may use cookies, IP address, or similar IDs to measure visits, limit how often an ad repeats, and show ads where the law allows. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and My Ad Center.
Side and banner ads load in separate iframes under /ads/. The ad network behind those frames can see that your browser requested the frame. That is separate from your game save.
You can also clear cookies in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Turning cookies off can reset the Tiny Fishing save in this browser.
6. Embedded games and other media
Tiny Fishing is a third-party HTML5 game. Fishing Games, and the smaller Casual Games collection, load the same way. The provider of that game can see IP address, browser type, and the page that opened it. Their privacy rules apply to that request. We can remove a game that stops working. We cannot read or edit what that provider logs.
If you play the Tiny Fishing walkthrough, that video loads from YouTube. YouTube’s terms and Google’s privacy policy cover that player.
7. People under 13
tinyfishing.app is intended for a general audience. We do not ask children for a name or email to play. We do not use behavioral ads aimed at people we know are under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your choices
Use the cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject optional analytics and advertising cookies. Clear cookies for tinyfishing.app in your browser to clear your Tiny Fishing save on this device. Because that save is not on our servers, we cannot delete it for you.
If you emailed us and want us to delete that email, write to hello@tinyfishing.app from the same address and say so. If you want a public comment removed, send the page URL. There is no user profile on tinyfishing.app to export or erase.
