Word Fishing is a level you clear by collecting every letter in the word. Left click catches a letter. Right click pushes one. Take the letters the word needs. Leave the ones that do not belong.
A wrong letter goes into the basket. The level gets tight once that basket is full, so do not haul in letters you cannot use. Upgrade the basket when wrong letters are piling up and you still have more of the word to finish.
Moves and time both run down while you fish for letters. A letter you do not need fills the basket. Finish the word before the moves or the clock run out, then go on to the next level.

Each level has moves and time left. Clear the word before either one runs out. A wrong letter still goes into the basket while both are counting down.
Catch the letter, or push it away
The word is the whole job. Left click is the catch, and it should land on a letter you still need. Right click is the push, for a letter that would only clog the basket. Grabbing everything in reach fills the basket and burns the room you have left.
Upgrade the basket before it fills
Wrong letters have to go somewhere. That somewhere is the basket, and a full basket stops you finishing the word. Upgrade it while you still have room, then go back to the letters you need.
Time and moves are the other limit. A slow pass that catches the right letters is better than a fast one that stuffs the basket. When the word is complete, the level is done.
